(3) confirm the March 22, 1989 authorization to complete the electrical and mechanical-modifications. Accordingly, the contract is modified.to read as follows:

Under Paragraph 8.4~, Oblication and Consideration., is delet'ed in its
. entirety. and the following B.4 is substituted in lieu thereof:
"B.4 Oblication'and Consideration i
a.
It is estimated that the total. cost to the Government for full performance'under this contract, inclusive of the' basic year, and Option Years 1.and 2, will be $4,712,659.00.
b.
th'e amount presently obligated for payments to be made in.

accordance with the " Prices for Basic Services Schedule" is
$2,053,956.50.
c.
The amount presently obligated for payments to be made in accordance with the " Unit Price Agreement" is $124,000.00.

The amounts, presently obligated for payments to be made in accordance with " Reimbursable Utility Charges" is
$1,755,000.00.
e.
The amount presently obligated for payments to be made in accordance with " Maintenance Repairs" is $302,165.00.

The amount presently obligated for payments to be made in

g.
The total amount presently obligated for performance of the contract is $4,214,012.00.
h.
Payments to the contractor for operations and management of the NRC Parking Facility shall not be made from funds obligated for contract performance.
The contractor shall be reimbursed for operating costs and fee from monies collected from the operation of the parking facility."
3.
Under C.3.2, add the following new paragraph (1):
"(i) The contractor shall design, furnish, and install electrical and mechanical modifications to.the elevator' penthouse to ensure reliable elevator service, in accordance with engineering reports dated October 4, 1988, November 10, 1988, and February 13, 1989 and the Final Recommendations for Mechanical and Electrical Modifications to OWFN's elevator machine room dated February 22, 1989.
The contractor shall successfully complete the prescribed elevator upgrades by June 7,1989, (i.e., within 11 weeks of NRC's March 22, i
1989 authorization) for the firm-fixed price of $130,908.00."
