- 8. Subsection C.1 " Statement of Work" - The Statement of Work for Phase III "Model Evaluation / Validation" is hereby revised to accept and incorporate by reference, the contractor's technical proposal no.
84M1496F dated October 24,1988, for the amount of $224,569.00.
C. Subsection F.3 " Duration of Contract Period" is revised to read:
"The contract shall become effective on May 1, 1985 and shall continue to completion on or before December 31, 1989.'
NOTE: This modification confirms the verbal authorization granted by the NRC Contracting Officer for the continuation of the contrac,t in force after December 31, 1988, pending the completion of negotiations.
D. Subsection G.1 " Consideration" is revised as follows:
- 1. The paragraph entitled " Phase III" is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted:
" Phase III It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of Phase III of the contract will be $448,743.00 of which the sum of $436,213.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and ,
of which M represents the fixed fee."
- 2. Paragraphs 2 and 3 are revised to read:
"2. The total amount of funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract for Phases I, II and III is $841,236.17, of which $816,835.46 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which M represents the fixed fee.
- 3. It is estimated that the amount currently allotted to this contract will cover the full performance cost of Phases I, II and III under the contract."
E. In summary this modification accomplishes the following actions:
- 1. Increases the ceiling amount of the contract by $224,569.00 from
$616,667.17 to $841,236.17
- 2. Revises the statement of work for Phase III to incorporate the contractor's technical proposal dated October 24, 1988.
- 3. Increases the estimated cost plus fixed fee amount of Phase III by $224,569.00 from $224,174.00 to $448,743.00
- 4. Extends the contract completion date to December 31, 1989.
F. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
