i I wish to' accept your invitation to participate in the upcoming Service Water System Reliability Improvement Seminar to be held on November 6 - 8, 1989 in Charlotte, NC.
As you have suggested, I will prepare a brief background and overview of Generic Letter 89-13 " Service Water System Problems Affecting Safety-Related Equipment" for presentation during your Plenary Session on Monday morning, November 6, 1989. Although I do not plan to prepare a formal paper, a copy of-my presentation slides will be forwarded to you by September 28, 1989 for publication-in the Seminar Proceedings.
I wish to thank you and Bill Fellers for this opportunity to participate in this very important industry seminar which takes on even greater significance with the issuance of Generic Letter 89-13.
