CONFIRMATION OF PitEDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE (INSPECTION NO. 999-90001/98-002)
Dear Ms. Bodman:
This refers to the telephone discussion on April 16,1998, between Keith Brown and Sheri Minnick of this office, in which you requested that a predecisional enforcement conference be conducted. A conference has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on May 7,1998, at the NRC, j
Region I office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (directions enclosed). This conference will be i
open for public observation.
The purpose of this conference is to discuss the findings of an NRC inspection conducted on March 10,1998 at ' jour facility in Stamford, Connecticut. One apparent violation was identified during the NRC inspection. The violation involves your possession and repair of licensed l
material without an NRC license issued putsuant to 10 CFR 30 and your initial transfer of l
exempt products containing byproduct material, without an NRC license issued pursuant tr.10 CFR 32.14.
l In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
