Dear Ms. Wiggins:

1 Mr. Eddie Claiborne-is currently the Project Director on the subject Contract.

We' feel that he has donc an excellent job in leading the cost analysis efforts conducted under this contract uith the ~ NRC.

However, Mr.

a Claiborne wi11' shortly be retiring from SEA as a:1'ull time' employee. He will

' remain available on a part-time basis to assist in carrying out tasks for the NRC.

Because of Mr..Claiborne's retirement, we are proposing.that Mr. Robert Clark

.be designated as Project Director on subject Contract..Mr. Clark is thoroughly ~ familiar with the cost and regulatory impact analysis that SEA has ?

performed for the NRC.

' he will do an excellent job as Project Director on this contract.. Mr. Clark's resume is attached for. your consideration.

Mr. Claiborne's retirement is scheduled for early September,1988. Therefore, we.would' appreciate your prompt consideration of our request to install Mr.
