Dear Mr. Parnell:
On April 8,1998, NRC administered a generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to an employee of your facility. Enclosed with this letter are copies of both forms of the examination, including answer keys, the grading results for your facility, and a copy of the individual answer sheet for your employee. One individual was administered the examii.etion and passed the examination. Please forward the results to the individual along with the copy of the answer sheet. A "P" in the column labeled RESULTS indicates a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE. Those individuals having an "F" in the RESULTS column failed the examination.
