We have completed our review of Revision B to the Spook, Wyoming Remedial Action Inspection Plan (RAIP) transmitted by your May 3, 1989 letter. We find the RAIP generally consistent with our " Staff Technical Position on Testing and Inspection Plans During Construction of DOE's Remedial Action at Inactive Uranium Mill Tailings Sites," and have no comments.
