Issuance'of Amenament to Facility License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing" related to your February 27, 1989, as supplemented on June 22, 1989 request for amendment to Facility License No. TR-3 for the Plum Brook Reactor Facility. The proposed amendment would change portions of the organizational structure of the Lewis Research Center in the Technical Specifications (TS).
