Enclosed is a letter from Transnuclear, Inc. dated May 3, 1989 requesting

'an amendment to export license XSNM02169 to increase the enrichment of the material to be exported from 4.05% to 5.05%.

For your information we are also attaching a copy of the most recent amendment-to this license.

Before we can act on this request, we will need a letter from the Government of Sweden approving the increase in the enrichment of the material to be exported. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary approval will be appreciated.
