This modification is issued to substitute key personnel under the contract in accordance with Section 11.1 entitled " Key Personnel." Accordingly, the NRC accepts the contractor's offer dated January 17, 1989, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Under Section 11.1, Key Personnel, delete "H. Donald Curet and Joseph M. McCleskey" and replace with " Ronald G. Neve."
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling of $281,137.00 remains unchanged.
