Dear Administrative Judges:
This is to inform you that Dr. Thomas E. Murley, Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), issued a low-power license on July 10, 1989, for the Limerick Generating Station, Unit 2.
The license authorizes Philadelphia Electric Co. to operate Limerick, Unit 2, at power levels not to exceed 5 percent of full power.
Copies of the license w'ere sent by NRR to the members of the Licensing Board and to persons on the service list for the Limerick OL-2 proceeding.
