MEETING WITH LOUISIANA ENERGY SERVICES ON LICENSING ISSUES A meeting will be held with Louisiana Energy Services (LES) on Thursday, September 14, 1989, to introduce Dr. W. Howard Arnold, the newly appointed LES President, and to begin detailed discussions on licensing matters. The topics that LES wishes to discuss include anti-trust infonnation, ANPR issues, one-step licensing, quality assurance, emergency planning, operator licensing, physical I security, material control and accounting, and IAEA involvement. The discussion on anti-trust information will be separate from the discussions on the remaining matters and will begin at 9 a.m. in Room 4811, OWFN. The latter discussions will begin at 10 a.m.
