The Public Service Company of Colorado hereby notifies the NRC per 10CFR50.74 that Mr. Lane L. Hackett, License No.
SOP-4586-2, Docket No. 55-7976, has been temporarily removed from senior licensed operator duties effective February 26, 1989 for medical reasons.
l The NRC will be notified at such time as Mr. Hackett has been approved by Company doctors and Nuclear Operations management to resume his senior licensed operator duties.
