Task Order No. 7, Entitled " Data Entry for CIS," Under Contract No. Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 This confirms verbal authorization provided to you on January 31, 1989 to-commence work under the subject Task Order with a temporary ceiling of-
$4,000.00.
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this-letter definitizes Task Order No. 7. This effort shall be performed in accordance.with the enclosed Statement of~ Work and the Contractor's proposal for this Task Order No. 7 dated January 31, 1989, incorporated herein by reference.
Task Order No. 7 shall be in effect from February 1, 1989 through January 31, 1990 with a total cost ceiling of $34,574.00. The amount of f
$32,162.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount i of $2,412.00. represents the fixed fee. The total cost ceiling of $34,574.00 is inclusive of the $4,000.00 verbally authorized as discussed above.

The contractor.shall provide data entry support for the purpose of entering contract' records into the ~ Purchase Order Tracking System, the Contracts -

-Information' System, and the Task Or' er d . Tracking' System. In~ addition, the' contractor is responsible for-issuing an acknowledgement memo to those individuals.who request that a purchase order be issued, completing _ Part I 1
of the Data Collection Sheet for input to the Purchase-Order-Tracking System, verifying the accuracy of the data in the three systems as compared-to the data input sheets and the OCPM file, distribute and file executed purchase orders and GBLs, file receiving repor.ts, and prepare the ' quarterly FAADS report on grant awards.
Data shall be entered into the Purchase Order Tracking System and the Task-Order Tracking System by the data entry operator through an IBM DisplayWriter using the Reportpack software. Data shall be entered.into the Contracts Information System using an IBM DisplayWriter through a 'CLIST unde r.- TSO.
For the Contracts Information System, the volume of data is estimated to be approximately 1,000 records per year with each record containing not more j
than 183 characters. For the Purchase Order Tracking System, the volume of data is approximately 2,500 records per year with each record containing not more than 228 characters. For the Task Order Tracking System, the volume of j data is approximately 650 records per year with each record containing not more than 394 characters.
