In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 6.

This effort shall be performed in

'accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's proposal for this Task Order No. 6 dated January 31, 1989, incorporated herein by reference.

Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from February 1, 1989 through

$168,851.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $12,664.00 represents the fixed fee.

ATTACHFENT 1 TASK ORDER'#6 I.

Payroll Data Entry TAC # 103003,

The contractor shall provide data entry support for the purpose of entering NRC payroll infonnation into the payroll system.

The data will.be entered from the following forms:

Time and Attendance NRC Form 704-Approx. 3700 bi-weekly Combined Federal Campaign CFC-840-Year Approx.'2500 annually Form 2809 Health Benefits Approx. 1000 annually The contractor shall verify that all data submitted by NRC has been entered accurately.

The work shall be performed using ' Data General' CRT terminals located in the Maryland National Bank Building, Bethesda, Maryland.

II. IFMIS Data Entry TAC #103C02 The contractor shall provide data entry support for the purpose of entering NRC accounting records into IFMIS.

The volume of data is est; mated to be approximately 310,000 documents per year, with each document containing an average of 100 characters.

The contractor shall prepare data for entry, enter data and verify that l

all data has been entered accurately.

III. CAB Data Entry TAC #103001 The contractor shall provide data entry support for the purpose of enter-ing NRC accounting records into the CAB Accounting system located at NIH.

Data shall be entered by the data entry operator using WYLBUR commands.

The volume of data is estimated to be approximately 2,000 records per year, with each record containing not more than 80 characters.

The contractor shall verify that all data submitted by NRC has been entered accurately.

The contractor shall provide a computer listing of all data entered.

Each listing shall be double spaced, show the complete data set name and file location, and be printed at Remote 14.

3K ORDER'NO. 6' OVERTIME REQUIREMENTS:

Due to the December 1988 and January 1989 holidays falling in the payroll processing periods, it is anticipated that extra hours of data entry support (overtime) will

'be required by the contractor.

- Additional overtime may be required during-tne duration of this task order and is expected not to exceed over 500 total hours for the entire period of performance.

- A written _ request for provisions of overtime will be submitted to the project officer for forwarding on to the contractor by the user when overtime support is needed.

- The December 1988 and January 1989 overtime workload is anticipat6d to be:
