The contractor shall provide data entry support for the purpose of entering NRC l
., eining records into tt:e APS/ Training System, and into an IBM PC-based In-house l
Training System.
The data will consist of three types of input documents:

o NRC Form 368 - Training Request and Authorization Approx. 125 per week o NRC Form 121 - In-house Training Registration Card Approx. 175 per week In-house Training - Training Reg'qust Form o

Approx. 100 per week Upon completion of entering this data the contractor shall verify the-accuracy of the data by reviewing several proof reports and make corrections where necessary.
Work shall be performed using a ' DATA GENERAL' CRT terminal, and an IBM PC, located intheWoodmontBuiligig,Bethesda,Md,two(2)daysaweek.
