I am sending this letter to advise the NRC Staff that effective June 1, 1989, all Licensee Event. Reports submitted for events occurring at these Duke Nuclear.
Stations.will be signed by.the respective plant manager for.each station.
The intent of this change.is to improve the efficiency of submitting'these reports and to permit the station managers to assume full responsibility for the content and submittal of the reports. As required by Technical Specifications, I will continue to receive copies of the completed and approved reports.
