1.
A printout from the "766" database providing an annt:a1 listing
-of all violations, their dates, and severity levels at each commercial nuclear reactor for inspections held in 1987 and 1988, 2.
A printout providing an annual listing of Licensee Event Reports and event dates for each commercial reactor in 1987 and 1988, and ~
3.
A printout of all reactor scrams and their dates for each consiercial reactor in 1988.
