ADVICE TO COMMISSION On March 3, 1989, the Mass AG filed its Second Motion for l
Reconsideration of CLI-88-10.
In response to that Motion, both the Applicants and the Staff argued that while access to I
Barnwell and Richland had been denied to New Hampshire, it was not certain that access to the Beatty facility would be denied as well.
This advice is filed to inform the Commission that based on a conversation of March 23, 1989 between the undersigned and Leonard C.
Slosky, the Executive Qirector of the Rocky Mountain Low-Level Radioactive Waste Board, New Hampshire was denied access to Beatty at the March 16, 1989 k[
