REVISION.1 The Phase II Weld Project Report was transmitted to NRC on March 7,1988.

A revision to this report was initiated by' the Weld Project as a result of comments received from NRC during the audit of the Phase II effort.

Revision 1 of the Phase II Report has been completed and was issued on January 26, 1989.'

Attached is a copy of the Browns Ferry Phase II Wold Report, Revision 1.
