j SEACOAST ANTI-POLLUTION LEAGUE'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF RECORD OF LITIGATION IN RE: THE NHRERP NOTICE OF APPEAL NOW COMES the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League and moves the Appeal Board to extend the record in regard to litigation of the adequacy of the NHRERP to include two additional pages.

pages constitute an updated letter of agreement with the National School Bus Service, Inc. and Attachment "A" to that letter from Volume 5 of the NHRERP (the NHRERP is designated " Applicants' Exhibit 5" in the instant litigation) signed and dated April 11, 1988 by Michael J. LETTER OF AGREEMENT National School Bus Service, Inc. of Nortn Cnelmsford, Massachusetts with Hilforu and Merrimack, New Hampshire ano Sanford, Ma role of major transportation venicles in the event of eith.er natural or technological emergencies such as flooring, fires, accide Nuclear Power Plants, and other emergencies.
Service, Inc. agrees to assist the New Hampshire State emergency response effort, in particular the New Hampshire Office of Emergency Management, and for such compensation as is deemed fair and equitable cy prbper authority.
I Attachment A, which is part of this Letter of Agreement, identifies the' number -
of buses garaged and available at each location and a pool of drivers employed by I
National School Bus Services, Inc. at each location from which drivers could be drawn depending on tneir availability.
In the event of an emergency and in coordination with the State, National' School Bus Service, Inc. will make all effcrts to deploy its vehicles as requested by the New Hampshire Office of Emergency Management.
