As part of the plant's on-going classified docurnent sweep, one document containing Confidential-Restricted Data was discovered not property protected. This document was discovered in C-360 on 4-24-98. The document was taken to the plant secunty group where they were placed in a classified repository pending proper disposition.
This event report is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 95.57(b) regarding the compromise, or possible compromise, of National Secunty Information and/or Restricted Data or classified documents not falling within to CFR 95.57(a). This is a grouped report and NRA should ensure that this report is submitted to the NRC as required by UE2-RA-RE1030, Rev. 2, Appendix D, Cnteria L4, Note 1.
