Tailings Remedial Action (UMTRA) site. Based on our streamlining agreements, i
as incorporated in the DOE /NRC draft MOU, this information will be provided in

the preliminary final Remedial Action Plan (pfRAP). Therefore, the NRC will not review the memorandum report at this time, but will review this information when presented in the preliminary final RAP.
