The purpose of this modification is to exercise the option for the second year of effort, extend the duration ofi the contract from June 20, 1989 through June 19, 1990,' increase the ceiling amount of the contract, and provide incremental funding.
Therefore, the following changes to the contract'are hereby made:
I.
Under Section B.2, Consideration and Obligation / Contract Ceiling, the ceiling amount of the contract is increastd by $63,856.00 from $61,401.60 to $125,257.60 and the amount obligated is increased by $18,625.00 from $61,401.60 to $80,026.60.
Section B.2 is changed to read as follows:

1 "B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION / CONTRACT CEILING l
The ceiling amount of' the contract for work.specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $125,257.60. 'The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract.is $80,026.60. The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section.C shall be accomplished within this ceiling. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole risk."
II. Under Section F.2 the ccatract duration is extended for the option-1 period June 20, 1989 through June:19, 1990. ' Section F.2 is changed to read as follows:
"F.2 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE II (MAR 1987)
This contract shall commence on June 20, 1989 and will expire on June 19, 1990."
All other terms and conditions.of the contract remain unchanged.
