Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for' low-enriched uranium for use as reload fuel in the' ASCO Unit I nuclear power reactor in Spain. A letter of assurance ~1s required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
Please note that a portion of the material is of Canadian origin.
