Modification No. One (1) to Task Order No.- 0006 under Contract No. NRC-33-89-132 with Applied Management Systems,'Inc.
This modification is issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$40,000.00 which increases the obligated amount of this task order from
$80,000.00 to $120,000.00. -Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
1.
The first. sentence of paragraph 4 of the definitization letter'for this task order.is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$120,000.00 of which $113,208.00 represents the total estimated.
reimbursable costs and the. amount of $6,792.00 represents the fixed fee."
