Modification No. 5 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to 1) provide incremental l
funding in the amount of $1,374.21; 2) fund the cost growth I
of $219,773.00 as described in the contractor's letter of January 23, 1989, attached hereto and made a part of the contract; and
- 3) raise the total ceiling for the base year of contract l

Therefore, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST PLUS l
FIXED FEE, subparagraph c.
is revised to increase the sum l
of $4,403,924.00 by $1,374.21 plus $219,773.00 to i
$4,625,071.21.
As a result, subparagraph c.
shall read as follows:
"c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $4,625,071.21."
2.
Under Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagraph a.
is revised to raise the total base year cost of $4,405,298.21 by $219,773.00 to
$4,625,071.21 and shall rrsd as follows:
