Proposed Technical Specification Changes Provided herein are miscellaneous' technical specification changes for Joseph H. Farley Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2.

These proposed changes incorporate minor administrative and editorial changes.

I provides the proposed changes described below.

Clarifications are being made to the wording of Specification 4.2.2.2.f.3 to more accurately define the grid plane regions of the core. A typographical mistake is corrected on Table 3.3-3.

A proposed l

change to delete Figure 3.3-1 and revise Table 3.3 4 for loss of power undervoltage relay trips is included. Table 4.3-4 is being updated to state the current recalibration schedule for seismic instrumentation and correct a typographical error. A statement is being added to l

Specification 3.6.4.1.a which disclaims the provisions of Specification 3.0.4 and provides for establishing an alternate hydrogen sampling capability with the hydrogen analyzer inoperable.

Proposed changes concerning correspondence to the NRC as specified in 10CFR50.4 are provided. contains the required significant hazards analysis, pursuant to 10CFR50.92.
