FACILITY CPERATING LICENSE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission -(Comission) has issued Amendment No.
- 35. -to Facility Operatirg License No. tiPF-43 issued to Detroit Edison Company (the licensee), which revisen the Technical Specifications for
. operation of: Fermi-2, located in' Monroe County, Michigan.
.The amendment is' effective as of the date of issuance.
The amendment revises the.TS to reflect the modifications made to the Autcratic Depressurization System (ADS). The ADS will be modified in accordance with TMI Action Plan II.K.3.18 of NUREG-0737.
LThe application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements'of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the
- Comission's rules and regulations. The Comission has made appropriate
-findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in 10'CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.
- Notice of Consideration'of Issuance of Amendment and Opportunity for
- Hearing.in connection with this action was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER c
on. July 13,1989(54FR29622). No request fer a hearing or petition for leave 4
to intervene we filed following this notice.
