Enclosed are revised pages for our Physical Security Plan. The changes  !

do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. We are submitting the changes pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii).

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), we request that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure as it has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10CFR 73.21(b)2. No person may have access to Safeguards Information unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is autho-rized per 10CFR 73.21(c). Regulations prevent the disclosure of this informa-tion by unsecured telephone communications.
