Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 TMI-1 Technical and Safety Review Program GPUN letter C311-89-2013, dated February 22, 1989, provided comments on Inspection Report 88-32 regarding potential revisions to Administrative Procedure AP-1001A to reflect guidance associated with the Corporate Procedure on Question No. 3 on the Safety Determination (!D) form.
This letter is to advise NRC that AP-1001A is being revised to provide the same specific wording of Question No. 3 on the SD form and the same clarification and guidance pertaining to answering this question as the current Corporate Procedure (1000-ADM-1291.01, Rev. 5). This revision will make AP-1001A consistent with 1000-ADM-1291.01 in this area.
