APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE
~ Pursuant. to Section 50.90~of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A of the license
.be. amended to. revise the Reactor Trip System specification by deleting the trip function on Steam /Feedwater Flow Mismatch coupled with Low Steam Generator Water Level.

to this Application.

Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant.
