That decision denied her petition to admit certain late-filed contentions in its entirety.
LBP-89-03, slip op. at 19.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.714a(a), the Staff's response. to Ms. Weinhold's appeal was due on March 14, 1989.
The Staff wrongly considered the time allowed by 10

The Staff regrets this failure and requests leave to file the accompanying "NRC Staff Response In Opposition To Ms. Dolly Weinhold's Appeal Of i

Weinhold's consent to this request but she was unavailble.
