The revised procedures being provided are EPIP-1. EPIP-2, EPIP-3, EPIP-4, and EPIP-5, all Revision 2 EPIP-8, Revision 1, all dated June 23, 1989, and EPIP 17,. Revision 1, dated March _ 13, 1989.

Because of an administrative error, TVA did'not send Revision 1 for EPIPs 2-5, all dated December 9, 1938, to NRC and failed to send EPIP 17, Revision 1, within the required 30 days.

Revision 1 was inadvertently distributed to onsite document holders only. A condition adverse to quality has been written to document, correct, and prevent the recurrence of this deficiency.
