Houston Lighting & Power Company's (HL&P) letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated March 3, 1989 indicated that we would submit independent consultant reports relative to the performance of the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station's (STPECS) reactor containment building.
