The amendment consists of changes to the Technical-Specifications in response to your submittal dated November 22,1988 as supplemented on January 12, 1989.

The amendment allows postponement of surveillance requirements if.the CAVALIER core is in an unloaded state, s A copy of the related Safety Evaluation s'upporting Amendment No. 5 is enclosed.
