'This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated February'16, 1989, which transmitted. changes'to:the " Morris Operation Physical Security Plan," under the provisions of 10 CFR 72.33(e).-

- o We have revi.ewed the s_ubmitted changes.and have determined that they are

-consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 72.33(e) and are therefora acceptable.

However, we~noted that Figures 1-1 through 1-5 and Figure 4-1 were'not submitted with the January 1989 revision. We assume that this was an

" administrative error. These figures should be. returned to the plan. If there -

were changes made'to these figures, you will be notified by separate

-correspondence if the. change.s are acceptable under-10 CFR 72.33(e).

'The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type

-specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
