supplemental information describing your selected corrective action within-30 days of when your evaluation is complete or August-31, 1989, whichever is earlier.
Response
As previously mentioned in WCNOC's letter dated May' 31, 1989 (WM 89-0161), a.
significant effort has been expended to provide plant operators with drawings that reflect the as-built cesfiguration of the plant as a result of plant modifications. -Additional administrative controls discussed below have been implemented to enhance the drawing control process-in the Control-Room.

Documents
- was issued on August 18, 1989 to provide detailed instructions for controlling documents used in the Control Room. This procedure requires that when replacements. revisions and/or controlled changes'are received for Control Room drawings that have been red-lined, the Shift Clerk will have a Licensed Operator review the new revision to ensure all red-lined information was incorporated into the document. Any information that was red-lined onto the drawing and not incorporated by the document revision
'will.be transferred onto the new revision and/or replacement drawin3s, and will-be reviewed by the Licensed Operator prior to the new document being
