REFERENCE:
(1) Telecon, P. Shafer (DPC) and R. Chapel (NP.C), on 3/14/89 As was discussed yesterday (Reft.rence 1), and in accordance with the provisions established by 10 CFR 7 L.12, " General license: NRC approved package," DPC requests to be registered to use tha El-21511 Radioactive Materisis Shipping Cask, which has Cairtificate of Conpliance No. 9222.
DFC has a QA program which conforms to the requiremenLu uf 10 CFR 71.12(b), and we have a copy of the Hittman Nuclear Services Manual UN-215H which complies with 10 CFR 71.12(c)(1).
