The sample results for site boundary vegetation, sample location "Z",

were inadvertently deleted from the 1987 Radiological Environmental Surveillance Report.

o Section IV, Table 15, " Concentrations of Gamma Emitters in Site Boundary Vegetation."

Table 15 was revised to include the results for sample location "Z".

o Section IV, Table 17, " Environmental Sample Locations" Table 17 was revised to include the description of site boundary vegetation, sample location "Z".

O Section VII, Figure 3,

" Nearest Residence and Food Product Location Map."

Sample location."Z" for site boundary vegetation was added to the map.
