that were revised on June 30, 1989 (as described in Tables 9 and 10).

abnormal releases (1 liquid and 3 gaseous) during.
this report period.
These releases were all determined to be within the Technical Specification Limits and D2 reporting was required per 10 CFR 50.72, 10 CFR 50.73, 10 CFR 20.403 and 10 CFR 20.405.
