recently completed a major regulator Application Safety Analysis Re) ort (y review effort on a Prototype License PLASAR) that was submitted by~the- (

Department of Energy (D0E). L; M s review began last December and was i completed in June 1989. Throughout this period, our Division sought the; typing assistance of ADM's Electronic Composition Services that included Jeanette Kiminas, Carlotta Coates, Cynthia Dekle and Joan Lindsay. Your staff repeatedly responded to our requests for assistance in a professional,.

courteous and friendly manner. The efforts of your Branch were 'an important contribution to LLWM's. meeting the scheduled milestone. We would like to express our genuine appreciation and commendations to you and your staff for a job well done.
