SUMMARY
Scope:
The areas examined during this routine unannounced inspection included facility organization and management, facility operations and internal controls, and records and reports.
Results:
Based on the scope of the inspectors' review, the licensee's records and reports appeared to reflect the SNM transactions and inventory fairly.
Also, the internal control and facility operations were well documented. Within the areas inspected, the following violation was identified:
Failure to fully implement the audit requirements of 10 CFR 70.58(c)(2), paragraph 2.
