l your letter concerning our AEC License #SNM-1365 which we l
received in February 1974.. We intepreted the last para-graph of your 1ctter to mean that if.we agreed to your amendments no' response was required.
We, in fact, do
. agree with the suggested changes and think that they are sound and reasonable and in fact, already considered them to be the rules by which we will function.
We presume
~that,you have or will, therefore, modify our license to encompass this appropriate control of the pacemakers.
'Since we were not clear in the interpretation of the last paragraph of your letter, do we need to do anything further to implement this change or will this letter constitute such an-amendment?
