'Ihis letter refers to a telephone inquiry between you and Steven Courtemanche of this office on April 27, 1989, concerning activities authorized by License No. SNM-1435, as they relate to the return of mail to the Region I Office.
From this discussion, it is our understanding that you have transferred all of.
your licensed material to the Ohmart Corporation for storage. It is also our understanding that the facilities in Danbury, Connecticut have been closed since June, 1986 and that you wish to have the license terminated. The request for termination of your license must be sent to the Region I Office at 475 Allendale Road, Kiry of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406 and must contain the information concerning the disposition of the licensed material. If our urrierstandings are incorrect, please inform us in writing.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Pructice," Part 2, Title 10, code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. Should you have any questions conceming this inquiry, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
