On June 11, 1989, smoke detectors in the Reactor Building (zone PPP) spurious j

. alarmed and cannot be reset from outside the building. Entry into the Reactor  :

Building is restricted at this' time due to the unit being at 100% power.  !

Compensatory action has been taken as required by the Action' Statement of Technical Specification and a work request initiated for repair during the next outage of sufficient duration. i 1
