The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount ur $120,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified.tc read as follows:

Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, ,

Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph b. is i deleted and the following sentence is substituted in. lieu thereof:

"b. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

$1,437,000.00."

All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling h
