SUMMARY

This document corrects a final rule published on June 26, 1989 (54FR-26730),thatrequiresallpartiesinNRCproceedingstofilecopies of all pleadings filed with any agency adjudicatory tribunal with the Office of the Secretary in the same or equivalent manner in which they were filed with the tribunal. The action is necessary to correct an omission in the mailing address for the Secretary of the Connission, and the telecopier phone number.
