.I am employed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as Senior Operating Reactor Project Manager of the Turkey Point Plant, Units 3 and 4 in the Project Directorate I/II, Division of Reactor Projects II-2, in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation I have provided the response to Interrogatory 5.

1965 - Ph.D. degree in Nuclear Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.' Thesis related to irradiation embrittlement of_ iron and' nil-ductility transition temperature. Won a special fellowship for 3 years in Nuclear Science / Engineering.

Professional Employment j 1965 Member.of reactor physics staff of Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

-1967 On staff of Westinghouse Electric Company designing liquid metal cooled fest-breeder reactor.
