The NP.C Certificate of Compliance (CoC) USA /9134/B( )F expires on October 31, 1989.
The U.S. Department of Energy is hereby requesting that this expiration date be extended by one and a half years to April 30, 1990.
As was discussed with you in e recent telecon, this additional time is necessary to complete-the DOE review process and issue the SER required'by your office Please note that we will be requesting renewal for a B(U)E designation. Upon completion of our review, we will provide you with six copies of the complete SARP and the SER.
